We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds for partial billing periods are not provided.
Digital packs and one-time purchases are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if the content has not been accessed or downloaded.
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@darum.io with your order details. We aim to process all requests within 5 business days.
Refunds may not be available for accounts that have violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
